Standardised components, manufactured in large quantities, are your assurance of cost-effective, high-quality production. As a rule, the modular design of the system enables us to influence specific static properties by simply changing certain components - even at short notice. Here are a few typical examples of our designs:

 

Specially designed and built for our turntables, friction wheel drives (1) with pendulum bearings and torque brackets are characterised by their extremely compact construction. Our patented axle tree (2) with 3-dimensional adjustment facility guarantees even distribution of the load over all of the rollers arranged round the outer perimeter. When assembled for the first time, a laser is used to align the roller axes with the centre of the turntable in a similar way as on a car. This ensures that the roller body rolls with virtually no wear at all. Combined with high-quality prelubricated ball bearings, special rollers made of polyamide or Vulkollan (4) rolling over a milled surface (3) (shown in red) permit maintenance-free operation, even for 100% duty cycles.
