Turntables | DR 15 - 30
The construction comprises a runner ring and is equipped with both central and peripheral bearing arrangements. The turntables in this series are capable of dissipating eccentric loads and are suitable for flush-floor installation.
The standard version with 1,000 kg load-bearing capacity is equipped with a stationary 0.18 kW friction wheel drive unit.
The construction is covered by a two-piece layer of multiplex covering that is 25 mm thick. A 230 V / 50 Hz slipring unit with 2,000 W transmittable power can be installed in the centre. If the turntable is not installed to be flush with the level of the floor, a lacquered steel peripheral skirt can be supplied as an option.
If an incremental encoder is used, the turntables can be programmed to stop at up to 15 different positions, travelling at user-definable speeds. Bumat's own PLC system is used to control the various speeds and stopping positions via a DMX controller or touch panel.

- Rental period if transported by the customer:
Begins on the date of collection from Hockenheim
Ends on the date of return to Hockenheim
- Rental period if transported by Bumat (charged separately):
Begins on the date of arrival at the customer's premises
Ends on the date of transfer to the freight forwarder for return
- Rented turntables are packed in suitable wooden crates or on pallets, which enable them
to be loaded and unloaded using a fork lift truck
- Payment for our services must be rendered net cash prior to dispatch
- Any damage to the equipment will be charged subsequently according to the effort
and expense required to repair it
- Assembly and installation instructions are supplied in the crate (DR 25 + DR 30).
Turntables may be assembled and installed by the customer himself. If Bumat is instructed to
assemble and install a turntable, the associated work will be charged in accordance
with our rates for rental equipment.
